Where in America’s Past is Carmen Sandiego?

This game was part of a series of other Carmen Sandiego games and was developed by Brøderbund Software, Inc. The company was found in 1980 and ended in 1998. The game revolves around you being a detective and looking for a criminal mastermind known as Carmen Sandiego. I myself played this game long ago back in the 1990s as a kid, with great difficulty aswell as a lot of detective work was needed.

One iconic part of this game is its ability to teach you about history. With tons of digital art and stories behind them kids learn about all kinds of historical moments in time.

The cover of the game has a Photorealistic aspect to it which I personally like noticing now a days.

Where on earth is Carmen Sandiego? TV series

As a child I remembered waking up Saturday mornings dying to watch what was on FOX television. Like the games, the show Carmen Sandiego played a huge role in helping me learn about the history of treasures throughout history. The series ran throught the 90s and never continued past the 2000s. The show would basically have 2 protagonists chase down the antagonist Carmen while she leaves clues for them. Throughout the show they would explain certain facts that we the audience definitely wouldn’t have known.

While searching on youtube for clips of the show I went through some nostalgia. I recognised certain parts of the series that I came to be familiar with from other forms of media such as the Tomb Raider movies which at one part talk about Alexander the great and more.
